On Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at approximately 3:30p.m. at 2453 Government St., Vincent Manuel and an unknown black male got into an argument possibly over a truck. At some point, the unknown male left and returned several minutes later with a gun. The unknown male fired several shots at Mr. Manuel causing his death. Based on witness statements the unknonwn male fled the scene in a late 70's to 80's Chevrolet or GMC truck with a dark colored cab and primer gray colored bed.
