On July 25, 2009, Uniform Patrol Officers were dispatched to 6700 Cezanne Drive relative to a shooting.  Upon arrival they observed a Blue Toyota Camry which had been crashed into an apartment.  They located the driver, who appeared to be uninjured, but noticed that the passenger, a black male identified as Marquise Cerda was suffering from several gunshot wounds.
